Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Communications Specialist/Asset Management to support project management, stakeholder engagement, and content development in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and finalize high-quality presentation materials and communication content aligned with the firm’s branding and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to gather detailed information and deliver effective communication solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and ensure accuracy.
- Respond to routine and ad hoc communication requests, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and create standardized templates for team use.
- Support sales and client engagement activities at various stages of the client pipeline.
- Ensure all outgoing materials adhere to regulatory and corporate guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients through effective communication and proactive engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies.

- Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
