Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Payments Analyst and offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to wire payment investigation and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of payment processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement projects within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and advice to business groups on operational processes and solution implementation.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, offering timely and accurate information.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to improve process efficiency, reporting, and analysis.
- Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Support change management activities, including process updates and new system implementations.
- Execute day-to-day transactions with accuracy and compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Reconcile and verify information for accuracy, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze data to generate insights, recommend improvements, and support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to support service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
- Assist in developing tools, training materials, and process documentation to enhance operational performance.
- Think creatively to propose innovative solutions and improve existing workflows.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to broader team objectives.
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum 1-year experience in banking or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Bilingual in French and English (fluency in English is essential).
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Strong prioritization, verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with influencing abilities.
Nice to Have
