Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a” Delivery Manager – Junior and offers an exciting opportunity to oversee end-to-end project delivery within a dynamic data and analytics environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of key banking initiatives, focusing on automation and customer experience enhancements in retail banking. The role involves liaising between various stakeholders, managing project milestones, and ensuring solutions meet strategic goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of automation projects and process improvements within the Offer Management platform for retail banking products.
- Act as a central point of contact among cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and compliance, to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on delivery status to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to address challenges and keep projects on track.
- Support the testing phases, including UAT and QA, ensuring that solutions are robust and meet business requirements.
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to risk management and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting retail banking solutions.
Desired Skill-Set
- 3-5 years of experience in project delivery or product management within financial services or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with banking products, regulatory standards, and industry trends.
- Experience in coordinating testing phases including UAT and QA.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in retail banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of digital banking channels and automation tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Change management or process improvement certifications.
