Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist- Banking. This position involves supporting customer account remediation initiatives within a dynamic banking environment, providing exceptional service through efficient account reviews, updates, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, ensuring accuracy and professionalism across all customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide outbound support to customers via phone in a non-face-to-face environment
- Maintain a high level of customer service during every interaction
- Navigate multiple systems to locate and update customer information accurately
- Conduct detailed reviews of customer accounts to identify discrepancies or missing data
- Follow established procedures for account compliance, documenting all interactions precisely
- Ensure all documentation reflects the true intent of the customer and meets policy standards
- Collaborate effectively with internal partners to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance
- Support remediation activities aligned with regulatory and internal requirements
Desired Skill-Set
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with 5+ years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks swiftly
- Capable of working efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Banking industry experience (minimum 1 year)
- Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, or Spanish

Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring four days in the office and one day remote per week, located at 7250 Mile-End St, Montreal.
