Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Digital Content Strategist/Corporate Communications/Banking. This position involves supporting the development and execution of content strategies across internal communication channels, ensuring engaging, relevant, and timely content delivery to employees and stakeholders.
Pay rate range (CAD): $46.37/hr – $55.65/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage and post content on internal enterprise communication platforms, including BMO Central and the corporate blog.
- Utilize Contentful to ensure timely updates and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Assist with email communication formatting and distribution using Workshop; provide backup support as needed.
- Analyze content data to identify trends, measure performance, and anticipate employee needs.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to optimize content relevancy and comprehensiveness.
- Develop and refine the intranet experience through continuous improvements.
- Conduct audience research to refine content strategies and delivery.
- Support content development for internal initiatives and campaigns.
Desired Skill-Set
- 2+ years of experience in digital/content management.
- 2+ years of web content experience.
- Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Contentful, Workshop, and Adobe Pro.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience within banking or financial services.
- Exposure to JIRA project management tools.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and reporting.
