Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. BA/ BSA (Credit Card/Lending/Mortgage). This position involves supporting multiple projects within a dynamic banking environment, including customer-facing applications such as mobile/web solutions, credit cards, mortgages, and more. The successful candidate will take ownership of requirements, lead with initiative, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various pods.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for multiple projects simultaneously
- Support product owners by stepping in to identify gaps, prioritize work, and define deliverables
- Develop clear user stories and functional requirements to guide development teams (experience with writing user stories required)
- Coordinate with stakeholders including branch users, financial advisors, and customer-facing teams to ensure requirements meet business needs
- Take end-to-end ownership of requirements, maintaining a product owner mindset throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity
- Assist in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables within a fast-paced environment
- Support continuous process improvements and propose solutions to enhance project outcomes
Desired Skill-Set
- Proven experience supporting banking or financial services projects, especially customer-facing applications
- Demonstrated ability to work across 2–3 projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify gaps and define work with incomplete requirements
- Experience supporting mobile, web, or other customer-facing banking solutions
- Familiarity with user story creation and product ownership principles
- CSPO certification is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting branch users and financial advisors
- Knowledge of banking products such as mortgages, credit cards, money movement
- Agile or hybrid project support experience
- Prior involvement with cross-functional project teams
