Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Operations Analyst- Data Entry. This position involves providing essential operational support, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements in a dynamic environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $21.82/hr
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks to support claims and project activities
- Assist with salvage recovery processes and administrative support
- Deal with ministry portals and manage related documentation
- Ensure all transactions meet established SLAs and quality standards
- Support onboarding of new vendors and manage day-to-day operational activities
- Interact with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiative efforts
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and enterprise standards
- Actively review procedures and contribute ideas for operational efficiency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle high workloads

- Basic understanding of financial or insurance products (e.g., loans, deposits, FX, swaps) is preferred
