Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Vue.js Developer in the banking sector. The position involves leading the technical design, development, and integration of enterprise-scale web applications within a digital banking environment. You'll contribute to innovative projects that enhance user experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, transformative setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of responsive web applications using Vue.js and related technologies.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital banking solutions.
- Develop technical infrastructure, including databases, APIs, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices.
- Create and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold quality standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and identify innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Maintain high standards for application security and accessibility compliance.
Desired Skill-Set
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js and building responsive, accessible web applications.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and modern web development practices.
- Knowledge of analytics integration, Web Services, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and automation testing practices.
- Experience with version control tools such as GIT and Subversion.
- Understanding of security tools/processes such as Snyk, BlackDuck, and Fortify.
- Ability to develop multi-platform solutions with familiarity in Objective C, Xcode, Android SDK, and Swift is a plus.
- Experience integrating and working with web services and APIs.
