Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Intermediate Business Analyst/Treasury & Intraday Liquidity. This position involves supporting the implementation and documentation of a new liquidity management technology solution within the enterprise finance team, focusing on intraday liquidity processes and procedures.

Pay rate range (CAD): $57.97/hr – $69.57/hr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance and treasury SMEs and technology teams to understand existing workflows related to intraday liquidity management.
  • Document processes, workflows, and procedures accurately using Visio, PowerPoint, or other tools, aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Create comprehensive reference materials to support business users' understanding of workflows.
  • Assist in translating technical solution details into clear, concise documentation accessible to business stakeholders.
  • Support the team during solution implementation to ensure process documentation reflects current workflows.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to validate process accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to process review sessions and incorporate feedback into documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of process documentation for ongoing reference and training.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in process and procedure documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in creating workflows in Visio, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and detailed documentation.
  • Experience in treasury or finance functions, particularly related to intraday liquidity management.
  • Familiarity with terminology and processes in banking liquidity and treasury operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and process updates efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Change management experience within financial organizations.
  • Prior involvement in implementing liquidity management solutions.
  • Awareness of banking regulations and compliance related to treasury functions.
  • Experience working with top-tier banks or large financial institutions.
  • Ability to adapt to agile project environments.
