C# Quant Developer – CCR/Banking

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a C# Quant Developer to join the Quantitative Engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced trading applications and analytics libraries used across global markets, working on real-time trade and market data systems that directly influence trading success and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance C# applications for trading and risk management solutions
- Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices capable of scaling to large volumes of data
- Utilize cloud-based platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes for deployment and management of applications
- Develop and support messaging infrastructure using Kafka and ActiveMQ
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improve existing systems
- Maintain operational stability and perform troubleshooting for existing applications
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep products innovative
Desired Skill-Set:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in C# development
- Strong expertise in modern C# and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Gitlab
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS and Kubernetes
- Experience with Kafka and ActiveMQ messaging systems
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of financial pricing models and derivative valuation
- Additional experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Knowledge of security testing tools and OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities
- Prior work within the financial industry, especially trading environments
