Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior IT Project Manager – Wealth & AI Enablement. This candidate will reimagine the AI framework to modernize the Wealth advisory ecosystem while working with the Wealth business to understand advisors' daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI transformation projects within Wealth Management
- Manage multiple workstreams, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Data, AI/ML, Architecture, and Delivery
- Facilitate project planning, status meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting
- Ensure alignment of workstreams as AI capabilities are delivered incrementally
- Manage project scope, budget, issues, risks, and change requests
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams for successful delivery
- Drive collaboration across teams to realize the long-term AI roadmap with incremental business value
- Maintain governance processes, project documentation, and reporting
Desired Skill-Set
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an Agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive reporting
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, and Data
- Skilled in managing complex dependencies, risks, and project timelines
- Experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services preferred
- Knowledge of AI, Data, and Transformation initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience working on automation or AI-driven solutions in financial services
- Familiarity with Wealth Management advisory workflows
- Prior involvement in change management or process redesign projects
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent
