Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a ServiceNow Administrator-CSA/Banking. This position involves managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management processes, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
Pay rate range (CAD): $65.23/hr – $75.28/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Lead system configuration, customization, and integration with existing ITSM processes
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and deployments on multiple ServiceNow instances
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and implement solutions adhering to IT Service Management policies and standards
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define scope and deliver technical solutions
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews for ServiceNow configurations and integrations
- Provide 24×7 support during on-call rotations and perform off-hours maintenance as required
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and technical procedures
- Ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks relevant to the platform
Desired Skill-Set
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Systems Administrator
- CSA certification (critical requirement)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, management, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ITSM processes and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead resolution efforts
Nice to Have
- Development experience within ServiceNow (e.g., scripting, custom app development)
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL frameworks
