Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an PAM Analyst – CyberArk / ServiceNow. This position involves supporting privileged access provisioning across the organization’s critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security policies, and collaborating with a diverse team of security experts to maintain robust security controls. Pay rate range (CAD): $$65.22/hr – $78.26/hr

Responsibilities

  • Manage privileged access provisioning for production infrastructure, including vault accounts and access to Active Directory, Azure, databases, Linux, and Mainframe platforms
  • Create and manage privileged accounts, ensuring adherence to security protocols and risk mitigation procedures
  • Analyze access requests to verify eligibility, minimizing security risks associated with elevated privileges
  • Utilize ServiceNow to record and track access provisioning activities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support governance and compliance initiatives related to privileged access management
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate documentation of access controls and procedures
  • Assist in security audits and compliance checks related to privileged account management
  • Stay updated on security best practices and emerging threats within the information security domain
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and technical teams regarding access and security issues

Desired Skill-Set

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or related IT support roles
  • Strong proficiency with ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk (Idira) or similar privileged access management tools
  • Management experience with Active Directory, Oracle DB, MySQL, Linux/Unix OS, and Mainframe environments
  • Proficiency with Azure Cloud services
  • Excellent communication skills, including engaging with senior and executive management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and develop strategies to minimize it
  • Ability to learn from documented procedures and adapt to evolving security requirements
  • Knowledge of security concepts related to privileged access, access controls, and compliance standards

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working within similar financial institutions
  • Additional certifications in security or related fields
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC, ISO, or PCI
  • Experience with automation tools or scripting for process improvements
