Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. BSA- AI/Copilot/Banking who will support delivery coordination across engineering, architecture, product, and business workstreams. The successful candidate will translate stakeholder direction into actionable backlog items, maintain delivery visibility, and support clear communication across a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to maintain momentum across active workstreams.
- Translate working-session outcomes into clear backlog items with defined acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a structured, current, and prioritised backlog to support planning and sprint execution.
- Coordinate meetings, track follow-up actions, and monitor decisions through to completion.
- Provide regular updates on status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and impediments.
- Document requirements, decisions, and delivery information in clear, concise business and technical artefacts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve coordination issues and remove delivery obstacles.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and next steps concisely to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Support effective collaboration between engineering, architecture, product, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Help ensure backlog items are actionable and delivery-ready, reducing rework and avoidable delays.
- Promote accountability by documenting owners, actions, timelines, and required follow-up.
Desired Skill-Set
- At least five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- At least two years of experience supporting artificial intelligence initiatives.
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into backlog items and acceptance criteria.
- Strong backlog management, prioritisation, and sprint-planning capabilities.
- Experience coordinating meetings, actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams while understanding relevant terminology.
- Undergraduate degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Co-Pilot Studio.
- Financial services or banking experience.
- Previous experience supporting related initiatives.
- Experience in an engineering delivery coordination role.
