Business Systems Analyst – Guidewire
Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Guidewire applications and a passion for delivering seamless, end-to-end business solutions? This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business and technology teams on large-scale insurance transformation projects leveraging Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter platforms.
Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Business Systems Analyst – Guidewire who will partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable system requirements, collaborate with developers and QA teams, and ensure solutions align with both business goals and technical standards.
Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure system requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.

Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.

Identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing system workflows and performance.

Manage competing priorities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams to provide progress updates and clarify requirements.
Desired Skill Set:

Guidewire Certification (Associate or ACE) in PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.

8–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Guidewire applications.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed system and functional specifications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience working in Agile or large-scale software development environments.
Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud implementations or upgrade projects.
