This role offers an excellent opportunity to support complex Treasury Payment Solutions initiatives while ensuring disciplined project governance, financial accuracy, and seamless stakeholder engagement.

Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Sr. Project Controller – Treasury Payment Solutions who will oversee project financials, support risk documentation, manage governance processes, and drive operational efficiencies across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced organizational skills, and extensive experience coordinating projects within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general project administration activities to support efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Oversee financial management and tracking across the project portfolio, ensuring accuracy and alignment with governance standards.

  • Support investigation, analysis, and documentation of portfolio risks, working closely with project and program managers.

  • Develop high-quality presentations, including forum decks, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather required inputs.

  • Document meeting minutes and ensure action items are clearly captured and communicated.

  • Submit and track portfolio change requests, exemption requests, and their corresponding approvals.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of process enhancements that optimize operational efficiency.

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources, including system access provisioning, tool activation/deactivation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless transition experience.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Controller.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with proven success managing multiple priorities.

  • Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders across various levels of seniority.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working in a Financial Institution.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity or Planview.
