Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Web Developer – Digital Analytics / Tag Management and involves delivering innovative analytics solutions to support digital initiatives and enhance customer engagement. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our analytics stack across various digital platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to define measurement strategies, and ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy to drive business growth.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with digital stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement strategies for customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Translate business needs into technical specifications, including data layer configurations, processing rules, SAINT classifications, report suite setups, and custom JavaScript coding.

Manage the daily operations of the analytics stack, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services, and Ensighten, along with third-party marketing tags such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and Rakuten.

Develop, maintain, and own implementation documentation like SDRs, Data Layer specifications, and custom JavaScript code.

Ensure accurate and timely development and deployment of analytics tagging, including review and validation of code via the Tag Management System.

Collaborate with technology teams on analytics implementation, troubleshooting issues, data feeds, and system integrations.

Keep current with product updates and best practices from Adobe and other tools, proactively recommending modifications to improve analytics capabilities.

Provide consultative support, training, and validation to quality assurance and testing teams to ensure proper implementation.
Desired Skill-Set

At least 2 years of web development experience, proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.

Minimum of 1 year experience in digital analytics, preferably within a financial or banking context.

Strong knowledge of JSON structures and best practices for data organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience working with and configuring tag management tools such as Adobe Launch, DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten.

Understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite setup, and data feed configurations.
Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with configuring and managing tag management systems like Adobe Launch, Tealium, or Ensighten.
