Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a BI Developer specializing in Power Platform and ServiceNow administration and development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide data analytics initiatives, optimize workflows through automation, and deliver trusted insights that support strategic business goals. Responsibilities
- Lead the management and governance of enterprise data hygiene frameworks, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and enterprise data standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues to prevent impact on reporting and decision-making processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data solutions using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Power Automate, including building dashboards and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, implement automation to improve business processes, and enhance workflow efficiencies.
- Develop real-time, reliable dashboards and reports to support business partners in achieving KPIs and performance metrics.
- Own the resolution of production issues related to operational data and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and introducing innovative solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and learning, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Desired Skill-Set
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing data solutions with Power BI, including proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and dashboard publishing.
- Proven experience building workflows and automations in Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
- A minimum of 3 years in IT operations, service delivery, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing impactful changes.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of Python for data visualization and machine learning applications.
- Prior experience integrating AI technologies into data solutions.
