Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a CAN – Recruiter IV and offers a unique opportunity to manage high-volume recruitment within a collaborative and fast-paced setting. As a senior talent acquisition professional, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, partner closely with business stakeholders, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent for critical roles.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Talent Advisor for designated business units, providing strategic guidance on talent sourcing and market trends to inform hiring decisions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for high-volume claims and advisor roles.
- Develop and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies leveraging industry best practices, market data, and creative outreach to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand current and future talent needs, offering expert advice on sourcing approaches and candidate evaluation.
- Maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout all stages of the recruiting cycle, aligned with the organization’s service standards.
- Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and TD’s recruitment policies.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics for continuous improvement, providing insights and reports to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Promote the organization’s brand through innovative advertising, social media campaigns, and active industry networking.
- Represent the organization at various recruitment events and functions to enhance brand presence and cultivate talent relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing talent needs and talent pipeline development.
- Lead special initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition, providing subject matter expertise and best practice insights.
- Maintain a high level of organizational and project management to meet service level agreements and delivery timelines.
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum of five years’ experience recruiting for complex portfolios crossing multiple lines of business within financial services or banking sectors.
- Proven expertise in executive-level sourcing and supporting high-level management or business units.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Deep understanding of market trends, external talent landscape, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from market research to onboarding.
Nice to Have
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Insurance industry background or experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry nuances.
