Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Junior HR Analyst – L&D and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. As a vital member of the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for managing learner inquiries, troubleshooting LMS issues, and supporting various HR and training programs to ensure a seamless learner experience. This role offers the chance to gain comprehensive exposure to enterprise-wide training platforms, enhance your problem-solving capabilities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to escalated learner inquiries and resolve issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system within established service level agreements.
  • Support end-to-end issue management processes by engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist learners by providing clear guidance, troubleshooting platform issues, and outlining next steps effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in training escalations, reporting findings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to data accuracy by supporting ongoing evaluation and validation of HR and LMS data sources.
  • Collaborate with peers to update and maintain troubleshooting knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Manage exception and removal requests in compliance with relevant procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on LMS and online learning platforms, providing guidance to learners and HR partners for course-related issues.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a training environment with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent research, investigative, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on improving the learner experience while adhering to regulatory and business requirements.
  • Effective business writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized, results-driven, and proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, mail merges, pivot tables).
  • Experience working within a regulatory or compliance environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of LMS platforms beyond basic usage and SharePoint.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or other enterprise tools used for issue tracking.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings, and requires the flexibility to travel to the office in the GTA area if needed. The role offers valuable exposure to enterprise learning strategies, a friendly team environment that emphasizes inclusivity, and opportunities for professional growth. The initial term is set until October 2026, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and organizational needs.
