Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Salesforce Project Manager with extensive banking experience and proven success managing complex, multi-layered technology initiatives.
In this position, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions across enterprise systems. Your expertise will drive transformative projects in a fast-paced setting, utilizing agile methodologies to meet strategic objectives while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate agile teams as Scrum Master, promoting best practices and ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Manage complex Salesforce implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations
- Oversee multi-system integration efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system cohesion
- Define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress through JIRA, Confluence, and other tools
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Guide solution architecture development for Salesforce and Azure Data Factory/Databricks solutions, ensuring technical excellence
- Manage stakeholder expectations, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units
Desired Skill-Set
- Strong technical background in software development, solution design, or systems analysis, particularly within financial services
- Extensive experience managing complex enterprise-wide technology projects using Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, including writing advanced queries and creating dashboards with EazyBI
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and system integration best practices
- Financial acumen related to project budgeting, resource planning, and cost management
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects from requirements gathering through successful deployment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related Azure solutions, including Databricks
- Prior experience working within financial institutions or banking environments
- Awareness of current technology trends, including regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services
- Certifications or additional training related to Salesforce, Azure, or project management methodologies
