Account Executive

BeachHead is hiring an Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is focused on managing and growing strategic client relationships across multiple industries. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide high-quality talent and solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts through consultative sales and relationship management
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand client engagement
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted business development efforts
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from discovery to closing agreements
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
Desired Skill-Set
- Experience in account management, business development, or sales within IT services, staffing, or professional services
- Proven ability to manage enterprise or large-scale client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, organized, and professional approach to sales
- High ethical standards and a client-first mindset
Nice to Have
- Exposure to MSP environments or large enterprise accounts
- Background in IT recruitment or technology staffing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Expected Compensation
- CAD 80,000 – CAD 120,000
