Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Administrative Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-net-worth client services, support a dynamic team, and potentially transition into a long-term role with the organization. The role involves providing essential administrative support, managing client interactions, and facilitating smooth operations within the wealth management division.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $19.26/hr
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and speak with clients in a professional manner, booking appointments and managing client inquiries
- Support investment advisors by managing requests and completing tasks on a priority basis
- Facilitate, prepare, and recap client meetings to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Create reports for client account analysis and monitor account activities such as dividends, RSPs, and RIFs
- Manage referral processes, including generating leads and ensuring proper referral coding
- Review marketing content for relevance, submit materials for approval, and compile client information packages
- Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive client data following compliance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, demonstrating high-level phone etiquette and professionalism
- Support team members in a collaborative environment, promoting a positive work culture and service excellence
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision
