Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate. This position involves supporting loan processing activities, including charging security/mortgages, loan programming, and preparing legal correspondence. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment, with potential for contract extension or conversion.
Pay rate (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.87/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage loan security setup and mortgage charging processes
- Assist with loan programming tasks
- Prepare letters for solicitors to facilitate new security engagements
- Communicate effectively with team members through daily meetings and Teams correspondence
- Maintain high-quality work to meet service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with security and loan policies
- Support team and adapt to volume fluctuations, demonstrating ownership of responsibilities

Nice to Have

- Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment
- Previous exposure to legal or mortgage documentation
- Knowledge of loan programming or related software
- Familiarity with client service standards in banking
