Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Operations Officer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential support functions within the banking sector, providing hands-on experience in loan processing and security management while collaborating with a dedicated team.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.87/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage security and mortgage charges, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Prepare and send correspondence to solicitors for new security engagements
- Assist in loan programming and processing activities
- Communicate effectively with team members via daily meetings and Teams chats
- Support team efforts to meet service level agreements through collaborative work
- Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity in daily tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with strong adaptability
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
