Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support operational activities within a dynamic banking environment, providing essential back-office processing and customer service.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr to $24.87/hr

Responsibilities

  • Process estate files, including transactions and liaising with authorized representatives
  • Support operational functions within the team to ensure business objectives and service standards are met
  • Handle inbound phone calls with empathy and professionalism, assisting estate representatives and family members
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Uphold compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering timely, accurate support
  • Adapt to procedural updates and process improvements as directed

Desired Skill-Set

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) at a basic level
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills with experience working under strict deadlines
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new processes
  • Compassionate and professional phone etiquette, particularly when dealing with sensitive matters
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Prior banking or financial services experience
  • Background in administrative or operational support roles
  • Experience working with SLAs and high-volume processing
  • Collections, estates, accounting, or bookkeeping experience
  • Previous experience supporting customer service functions
