Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate – Estate Files. This position involves supporting estate processing and providing exceptional operational support within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, and compliance, with opportunities for growth in a reputable financial institution.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.88/hr

Responsibilities

  • Process estate files, including transactions and document management
  • Communicate with authorized representatives and family members of the deceased
  • Provide operational support to ensure service level goals and targets are met
  • Handle sensitive customer inquiries with compassion and professionalism
  • Support partner relationships and maintain operational effectiveness
  • Adhere to SLAs and productivity metrics
  • Assist in resolving customer issues escalated through established processes
  • Document and track estate transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, independent environment

Desired Skill-Set

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to change and fast-paced environments
  • Compassionate and empathetic phone etiquette handling sensitive matters
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with SLAs and high-volume workloads
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Accounting or bookkeeping understanding

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Previous banking experience
  • Administrative or operational officer background
  • Experience in collections, estates, or accounting
  • Customer service experience with client-facing responsibilities
