Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Bilingual Call center Rep – French/ Credit Card who will be responsible for responding to customer questions received via inbound telephone calls. This candidate will be a direct point of contact for bank customers who hold a small business credit card. The successful candidate will provide customer information on balance, transactions on the account and increasing limit inquiries and will direct calls when needed to alternate departments.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Previous call center experience
  • Must be a quick learner with fast paced-service levels and productivity
  • Experience with Balancing customer
  • Must be Antonius and Independent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including solid interpersonal skills, especially Listening Skills
  • Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to accommodate shifting priorities and manage tight deadlines
  • High school or higher
