Working with one of our top financial clients this role calls for a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst – Credit Card who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions received via inbound telephone calls.
  • Direct point of contact for customers who hold small business credit cards.
  • Responsible for providing customer information on balance, transactions on the account, increase limit inquiries.
  • Direct calls when needed to alternate departments.

Desired Skill Set:

  • High School Diploma or higher education.
  • Experience working at a call center.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
