Business Analyst – Direct/Targeted Marketing

Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – Direct/Targeted Marketing who will lead, interface, and contribute to cross-functional marketing teams to deliver all elements of campaigns, including targeted and channel marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create integrated marketing campaigns that meet business and marketing strategies and objectives.
- Translate marketing objectives and consumer insights into communication strategy (benefit, offer, reason to believe “RTB” or proof points)
- Understand role of different media options and their impact on achieving marketing objectives and oversee flawless execution of tactical media and creative plans.
- Deliver and monitor results; ensure stated objectives are delivered on plan (monitor/early indicators) and where required, take corrective actions to achieve targets and maximize return on investment; use data combined with judgement and intuition to make recommendations and drive action.
- Utilize best practices to manage projects in the most effective way (on time, on target, on budget) from initiation to completion.
- Track and manage budget against plan, meeting all financial reporting requirements.
Desired Skill Set:
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
- 5 years of expeirnece in Targeted Marketing
- Project management skills & ability to partner with & influence individuals & cross-functional teams
- Experience with strategic marketing & analytics

- Takes a data-driven approach to make recommendations and drive action
- Comfortable navigating through roadblocks by engaging key stakeholders/sponsors
