Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – ODI/DIH to contribute to project management activities, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures, communicating activity status, and escalating and communicating possible issues. The candidate will have strong financial acumen with the ability to review and interpret financial information. The ideal candidate can work collaboratively, possesses excellent communication skills, and is an analytical thinker.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
  • Define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, taking into account non-functional requirements.
  • Assist testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to project management activities
  • Participate in quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how to manage integration.
  • Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.
  • Respect existing processes and standards including requirements management and project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture, escalating issues as needed.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and developments, develop expertise in business services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, business domains, and their products and services.
  • Work with vendors to support business case development consistent with technology requirements and guidelines
  • Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout the requirements management life cycle.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 1 year of experience working with DIH
  • 1 year of experience working with Oracle Cloud hosting solutions
  • 3 years of experience working with the development and implementation of Oracle
  • 3 years of experience working with ODI
  • 4 years of experience working with risk module and regulatory
  • 5 years of Business Analysis experience
  • 5 years of experience working with Oracle products and projects
  • 4 years of experience working with risk module and regulatory
  • Experience working with the actual configuration of the OFSAA platform/data mapping
  • Experience working with the OFSAA data model extensions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in the Finance industry
  • Experience working with Privacy and Risk
