Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an experienced Business Application Analyst – Workday who will be responsible for configuring business processes within Workday – ideally in the HCM, Compensation and Security space. The successful candidate will provide support on deployment and change management for initiatives relating to applications owned / managed.
Desired Skill-Set:
- Workday configuration experience.
- Participate in complex applications and systems development
- Requirement elicitation experience. Impart your subject matter expertise.
- Give solution options, bolster stakeholder support.
- Ability to review technical deliverables for quality throughout the detailed design and development phase, identify gaps or redesign as needed.
Nice to Have:
- Workday certifications (e.g. HCM, Comp, Security)
- Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)
