Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Banking Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support government requests, develop banking knowledge, and work in a collaborative environment, with potential for long-term growth.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $21.83/hr
Responsibilities
- Process government requests for information efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and meet SLA deadlines
- Manage multiple tasks and databases simultaneously
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support daily operations
- Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Participate in training and ongoing development activities
- Escalate high-risk or non-standard activities appropriately
- Assist in maintaining compliance with banking policies and code of conduct
- Foster a positive team environment and promote operational effectiveness
Desired Skill-Set
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong initiative and proactive attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with multiple databases and applications
