Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business System Analyst/Project Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate critical integration projects, including connecting internal applications with certified document storage solutions and incorporating eSignature capabilities into trade confirmation platforms. As the primary liaison between technical teams and internal stakeholders, you will ensure smooth communication, detailed documentation, and successful project execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation
- Manage project gating processes, securing necessary approvals and maintaining project compliance
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, process flows, and testing artifacts
- Oversee integration efforts for certified document storage solutions, ensuring compliance and operational success
- Coordinate the implementation of eSignature features into the trade confirmation platform, managing related documentation and process updates
- Identify and address project risks and issues proactively, escalating when necessary to keep projects on track
- Facilitate collaboration between technology teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across technology and internal teams
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project gating processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience within capital markets or financial services
- Background in integration projects or banking operations
- Knowledge of certified document storage and eSignature solutions
