Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst-QRM /Treasury / ALM Platforms. This position involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to analyze, document, and deliver enterprise systems related to ALM, FTP, and IRR. The successful candidate will leverage extensive technical and industry knowledge to support large-scale system implementations and process improvements within a dynamic financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements related to treasury and risk management systems
- Develop clear technical diagrams, process models, and data flows to support solution design and implementation
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Support testing and validation activities, including scenario definition, defect management, and traceability of requirements
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of QRM or comparable platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Maintain comprehensive data lineage, governance artifacts, and control documentation for compliance and audit readiness
- Develop and maintain system and process documentation using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools
- Utilize SQL and big data concepts to analyze large datasets and support data reconciliation
- Address complex business challenges by applying deep understanding of treasury, risk management, and financial data processes
- Promote innovation by leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency
Desired Skill-Set
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and integrating large datasets
- Proven expertise in implementing, supporting, or integrating QRM or similar Treasury / ALM platforms
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, and deployment
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis, system architecture diagramming, and process modeling
- Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow patterns
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize process, analysis, and delivery outcomes
- Basic programming skills, including SQL and Python, are a plus
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of financial products, balance sheet management, and interest rate risk concepts
- Experience with PowerBI and Tableau for data visualization
- Familiarity with data lineage, data governance, and data quality frameworks
- Additional scripting or programming experience (e.g., PowerShell)
- Prior experience working in Agile delivery environments
