Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Campaign Analyst – SAS who will be responsible for Campaign Analytics within the broader Marketing Analytics group. The candidate must be driven by helping stakeholders understand data, love when the latest direct-to-consumer marketing campaign results are available, and continually strive to challenge the "process status quo" to make workflows run as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player who is also able to work independently, and has a track record of delivering successful initiatives on time and budget

Responsibilities:

  • Translate key business objectives into insight-rich experiments that drive marketing ROI
  • Ensure execution is done efficiently and with excellence
  • Design campaign results to be actioned by providing high-value campaign reporting
  • Work in a consultative role to provide "value-added" insights in the form of analysis, interpretation, and advice of campaign reporting
  • Design, execute and measure high impact direct to consumer marketing experiments
  • Improve campaign design and delivery by leveraging all analytical tools/techniques
  • Manage project pipeline to ensure agreed upon timelines can be met
  • Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders, based on a deep understanding of the businesses, to understand and enhance marketing ROI
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure

Desired Skill Set:

  • Degree in Business, Science, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
  • 1 year of experience in direct marketing, consulting, analytics, or agency-side role in the financial/telecom industry
  • Experience with Campaign Management
  • Experience working with direct marketing principles
  • Experience working with SQL, SAS, Unica, databases, data structures, vendors, and file format requirements
  • Experience working with one-on-one direct marketing

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with IBM Campaigning
  • Experience designing and executing direct marketing experiments
  • Experience working with everyday financial products and transactions
  • Experience working with concepts such as "next best offer" and "always-on
