Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Campaign Analyst – Unica/Banking. The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for developing and automating complex direct marketing campaigns that support business growth. In this fast-paced environment, the candidate will work with internal partners to implement campaign data requirements, produce high-quality data files, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in campaign management and data analytics within the financial services industry.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $45.90

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze campaign business requirements, developing detailed Technical Implementation Plans
  • Prepare customer lists using campaign management tools to meet technical specifications
  • Build and automate recurring campaigns, ensuring process efficiency
  • Identify campaign issues, recommend improvements, and troubleshoot critical problems
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct technical audits of campaigns and review data output for accuracy
  • Support lead generation processes by monitoring file execution and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Obtain documented approval for campaign requirements before execution
  • Streamline operations and recommend enhancements for process improvements
  • Transfer knowledge across team members to ensure project continuity
  • Handle small to medium-sized projects with leadership and coordination

Desired Skill-Set

  • Minimum 3 years of campaign or database marketing experience
  • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Unica Campaign or other comparable tools
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and campaign design
  • Experience with data analytics and developing direct marketing initiatives
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a high-pressure environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of marketing automation or other campaign management platforms
  • Familiarity with Clarity or similar project management systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in marketing initiatives
