Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Junior Change Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in driving organizational change. You will play a vital role in supporting change initiatives from initiation through to sustainment, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and lasting results. Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of change management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Engage and collaborate with leaders, teams, and impacted audiences to foster understanding and buy-in around change initiatives.
- Analyze the scope and impact of changes across products, processes, people, and systems to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in creating and maintaining communication plans to raise awareness, clarify messages, and promote engagement.
- Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance by developing targeted training and communications to promote acceptance.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on change strategies, assessing environment complexity, and recommending solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and insights based on trend analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure change activities are aligned and effectively implemented.
- Support the execution of change management methodologies, leveraging organizational knowledge and best practices.
- Work independently to handle non-routine situations, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skill-Set
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in change management or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent collaboration and team skills to foster stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in data-driven decision making.
Nice to Have
- Exposure or knowledge in risk management.
- Prior experience in financial services, preferably within top-tier banking institutions.
- Project management experience or certification.
