Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Communications Specialist /Bilingual(French) who will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations and developing and managing the execution of communications for a range of programs and initiatives in support of the client’s Direct Investing and Wealth Delivery. This candidate will work with project teams, business partners and subject matter experts and take a leadership role in the development and execution of client and colleague communications that support the Direct Investing & Wealth Delivery strategy. The ideal candidate is an individual who is a self-starter with solid writing, business acumen and effective time management skills and has a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.


  • Manage the development and execution of communications strategies for projects and initiatives, from needs assessment, through development, to distribution.
  • Provide communications guidance to the Direct Investing & Wealth Delivery leadership team and subject matter experts from a variety of functional areas.
  • Create content and messaging in the appropriate voice and tone that aligns with the appropriate audiences
  • Champion communications best practices and make recommendations that enhance the Direct Investing client and colleague experience.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with enterprise partners (e.g. compliance, legal, technology) to ensure coordination of communication activities, as required.
  • Support incident and crisis communications; some on-call responsibilities outside regular working hours as needed.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a communications role within a corporate or business communications environment
  • Demonstrated experience in client communications, and providing strategic communications counsel
  • A proven self-starter with the ability to own deliverables end-to-end and has deep organizational awareness
  • Ability to manage and deliver on competing initiatives under tight timelines in an agile environment
  • Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and can effectively resolve conflicts
  • Superior time management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to cope with rapid change
  • Undergraduate degree in communications

Nice To Have:

  • Communications experience within the Wealth Industry or Technology
  • Bilingual in French and English
