Corporate Access Coordinator
Are you a highly organized professional who excels in coordinating complex, fast-paced corporate access activities while building strong relationships with internal teams, executives, and external clients? This role offers an exciting opportunity to support end-to-end execution of investor engagements and high-impact market-facing events across Capital Markets.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Corporate Access Coordinator who will manage logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination for roadshows, conferences, site tours, and client events. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Access team in planning, coordinating, and executing all corporate (deal and non-deal) roadshows, site tours, conferences, and sales desk updates.
- Communicate clearly and cross-functionally with external clients and internal partners including Equity Research, Sales, Trading, I&CB, and global Corporate Access teams.
- Advise on logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including flights, ground transportation, venues, hotels, and webcast arrangements.
- Prepare invitations, marketing materials, and event flyers for client distribution.
- Coordinate investor conferences and manage all related 1:1 meeting scheduling—both virtual and in person.
- Maintain strong relationships with roadshow suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage and update client management databases (Salesforce.com / Tier 1) with accurate and timely information.
- Track and maintain corporate access statistics and data to support pitch decks, reporting, and analytics for the team, Banking partners, and clients.
- Deliver high-quality service that consistently exceeds client and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate professionally at all times, demonstrating strong listening skills, timely responses, and composure under pressure.
Desired Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong market knowledge and a demonstrated interest in Capital Markets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively on a trading floor and collaborate within high-performance teams.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating logistics for various types of events, both virtual and in-person.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to learn quickly, absorb new information, and communicate it effectively.
