Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Corporate Recruiter who will recruit individuals for the TOCA from junior-level entry roles all the way to executives – a full range of skillsets. The ideal candidate will be working on senior management roles, thus, the individual will be required to bring market knowledge to the table. This role allows the successful candidate to work in an established institution and with multiple groups within the bank, which will allow the individual to build effective skills and confidence. The individual is exposed to other lines of business, as there are lots of opportunities for learning, growth, and development. The selected candidate will be a part of a 5-year transformation plan, shifting the technology stack by working with modern technology, programs, and applications where it is more in tune with the market. The selected individual will work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and friendly environment, interacting with other LOBs and recruitment associates. They will be responsible for inbound and outbound activities to the source.

Responsibilities :

  • Work on a bench of roles and focus on a skillset (not always end-to-end)
  • Source candidates for different lines of businesses
  • Source within the T&O space and Corporate space
  • Run intake conversations with the hiring managers to understand the requirements of the roles
  • Ensure the job description matches the requirements of the role
  • Post roles outside in the market
  • Run own searches to source and find ideal candidates
  • Schedule interviews for the hiring managers
  • Collect feedback from interviews, building out offers, and presenting offers to candidates
  • Responsible for day-to-day recruitment process 
  • Meet benchmarks based on LOBs within the organization

Desired Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Corporate Recruit for every area within the bank, from HR Marketing, Finance, Risk, Anti-Money Laundering, etc.
  • Handle senior managers and directors
  • Understands financial services and how they operate (has worked in such areas/spaces and have that level of knowledge)
  • Understand how these functions support and interact with the LOBs
  • Superior client management skills, able to effectively & persuasively present information
  • Strong business acumen, with an ability to interpret business direction and realign/develop/recruiting strategies and refine tactics accordingly
  • A strong preference for individuals with experience in high volume recruitment specifically with a focus on financial services, technology recruitment 
  • Proven track record in a sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and ATS
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Able to present the bank and job offers in a compelling manner
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests at one time and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests
  • Communicate concisely via phone and email
  • Post-Secondary Diploma / Degree
