Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Customer Service Specialist – Mortgages and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team managing the mortgage discharge process. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless mortgage transactions by providing outstanding support and accurate processing, contributing to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end mortgage discharge process, including completing optimizer requests and processing FCT payouts
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received through shared mailboxes and voicemail, ensuring excellent communication and customer support
  • Navigate multiple internal systems daily to verify and update mortgage information accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure all processes adhere to compliance and quality standards
