Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Digital Analytics Specialist – JavaScript/Banking. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and enhancement of digital analytics solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting multiple digital and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing analytics tools, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to drive actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with digital stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement strategies, and reporting requirements for customer journeys on digital and mobile platforms.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, including data layer, report configuration, custom JavaScript, and JSON structures.
- Manage the daily operations of TD’s analytics stack, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Mobile Services, Ensighten, and third-party marketing tags.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, such as Data Layer specifications, custom JavaScript code, and integration plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tagging and tracking solutions, including troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with technology teams to facilitate system integrations, data feeds, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Stay current with updates from analytics tools and implement best practices, guiding continuous improvements in analytics deployments.
- Provide training, support, and validation to quality assurance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Desired Skill-Set
- 1+ years’ experience in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- 2+ years’ experience in web development, including strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to independently own deliverables while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, DOM manipulation, and web markup.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tag management tools such as Adobe Launch, DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten.
- Knowledge of JSON structures and best practices.
- Understanding of Native Mobile development standards.
