Digital Operations Manager
Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Digital Operations Manager who will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining the business-as-usual processes while managing digital technology systems. The successful candidate will be providing insights to drive the digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing individuals, digital platforms, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee pipeline of day-to-day work and work with Senior manager digital strategy to assign workload to teams
- Triage all incoming support issues and assign them accordingly
- Analyze existing digital operations processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and scalability
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to increase operational efficiency and align with digital team objectives
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support and manage day-to-day agency relationships with key digital partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and build out digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring proper tracking and attribution
- Partner with analytics leads to collect, analyze, and interpret 360 marketing data to identify trends, and patterns, and provide insights to partners
- Develop reports and dashboards to track metrics, campaign performance, and ROI
- Provide regular reports and analysis to the marketing team and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Standardize and operationalize all channel reporting
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of site content, and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing actionable recommendations
Desired Skill Set:
- 2-4 years in a Managerial position (People management)
- Previous experience in Finance, Banking or Asset Management
- Tech Savy
- CMS – broad market experience
- Understanding workflow processes through WorkFront including gap analysis/continue improvements
- Proven ability to deliver on timelines
- Knowledge or experience SaaS
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong results orientation, proven record performing to aggressive growth targets
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team and a variety of skill sets
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot Pardot, Salesforce, or other similar platforms)
- Experience with analytics tools and dashboards (i.e. Adobe, GA, Data Studio)
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends
Nice to Have:
- 1-2 years of Project management experience
- FinTech or MarCom operations experience
- Product knowledge around investments
