Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for an Enterprise Talent Practice Program Manager who is responsible for leading the project management of assessment initiatives and will support in scoping and producing facilitated support material. This individual will act as a program manager for 2 assessment practices, applying strong attention to detail, organization skills to ensure the ongoing launches. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a willingness to further develop capabilities, challenge the status quo to find new and creative solutions and have very high attention to detail and high standards for precision in deliverables and ability to build, organize and execute against a plan with an ability to work across different programs

 

Responsibilities:

· End-to-end program management, i.e. lead the interactions with other stakeholders

· Scope and launch the assessment practices to the correct audiences, ensuring strong attention to detail and the successful deployment

· Responsible for building project plan, communication tactics etc., and managing dates

· Inform all critical stakeholders of progress, risks, identify opportunities, and ensure the project plan is running according to plan

· Lead weekly meetings with the project team

· Ability to partner with technical experts, translating our needs into their requirements package

· Track usage reports, book Webex meetings, send email invitations to large audiences

· Manage overlapping projects at once – keeping the team organized and on track

· Manage documentation and deliverables

· Act as a liaison with HR business partners in support of talent management programs and initiatives (responding to incoming requests, obtaining additional information, following up on outcomes of actions)

· Complete post implementation reviews, and collect feedback from talent practices to highlight and build the business case, and advance our practices

· Build supporting material (colleague, manager guides, FAQs, reporting templates etc.)

· Create presentation decks to socialize to various audiences within HR and Business community

· Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders in support of providing thoughtful recommendations

· Apply business acumen and HR expertise to develop solutions and provide advice to our business partners; executing with excellence to proactively deliver integrated results

· Initiate opportunities and plans to deepen knowledge of talent management practices internally and externally in developing as a resident expert and consultant in this area

· Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
 

Desired Skillset:

· 3 years of experience in Project Management

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and be seen as credible

· Demonstrated excellence in communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Very strong attention to detail (IMP)

· Ability to project manage and executive (IMP)

· High degree of personal integrity with an ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion with working with sensitive executive information

· Technical/systems knowledge or experience required including direct exposure to Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

 

Nice to Haves:

· Experience with Webex or Slido is an asset

· Experience in talent assessment

· Experience in HR

· Experience in a large complex organization

· Post-secondary education and/or combination of relevant work experience; Business, Human Resources, Event Management, Project Management
