Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Hardware Asset Management Consultant/ServiceNow. This position involves leading the installation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HAM Pro, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes to support enterprise asset lifecycle management.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro from a business perspective
- Analyze the impacts of HAM Pro on other ServiceNow modules and business systems
- Streamline existing processes and workflows related to hardware asset management
- Design and implement new workflows leveraging HAM Pro features
- Develop dashboards and reports to track hardware asset lifecycle metrics
- Execute hardware reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy
- Integrate HAM Pro with discovery, scanning tools, procurement, and finance systems
- Manage asset classes including servers, network devices, and end-user devices
- Document processes, workflows, and provide stakeholder training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Desired Skill-Set
- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations
- End-to-end delivery of at least one HAM Pro project (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
- Deep understanding of HAM Pro tables, data models, workflows, and reporting features
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro impacts on ITSM modules
- Proficiency with discovery and scanning tools such as ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Qualys
- Experience integrating with procurement or finance systems like Coupa
- Strong background managing hardware asset classes and lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with hardware reconciliations and asset lifecycle documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and training capabilities
- Analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
