Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Help Desk Support who will be responsible for providing first-level support for technology products and applications to take corrective action or escalate issues, monitor key technology components, and complete and verify low complexity changes in compliance with established controls, standards, policies, and procedures. This candidate will be working in multiple technical areas to perform a broad variety of assignments, employing a diverse skill set to provide first-level technology product and application support that meets client needs.
Desired Skill Set:
- 2+ years' experience within a Help desk role in support of hardware or software
- High-level knowledge of how VPN works
- Sound understanding of Service Now ideally or any other ticketing tool
Nice To Have:
- Education in computer science
- Ticket documentation skills
- Quick typing skills
