Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IAM/PAM CyberSecurity – CyberArk. This position involves supporting enterprise-level IAM and PAM projects, with a focus on remediation and onboarding of privileged access across various environments. The role offers exposure to industry-leading security tools, high visibility with senior stakeholders, and opportunities for career growth in identity and access security.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify unvaulted privileged access across servers and environments, including DMZ and non-DMZ zones
- Collaborate with account and application owners to understand current access use, requirements, and risks
- Translate business needs into secure vaulted account configurations
- Support onboarding of privileged accounts into PAM solutions such as CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault
- Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation for PAM processes
- Drive enhancements to IAM/PAM processes to increase efficiency, security, and compliance
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams to ensure successful provisioning, validation, and onboarding of privileged access
- Assist in assessing risk, documenting activities, and ensuring adherence to governance standards
- Contribute to broader IAM/PAM process maturity initiatives
Desired Skill-Set
- 8-10+ years of experience in IT, Security, or IAM/PAM roles
- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and practices
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk and working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault
- Proven ability to analyze current access patterns, assess risks, and translate needs into technical requirements
- Experience working across multiple technical and business teams
- Excellent technical and procedural documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Skilled in coordinating activities and managing workflows effectively
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, particularly for non-human privileged access
- IAM/PAM experience in regulated environments, such as financial institutions
- Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP
