Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Integration Lead – (Insurance Workflow Automation – AI Project) to support a large-scale AI-enabled insurance workflow automation initiative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution across workflow automation and integration workstreams
- Break down solution architecture into actionable development tasks and delivery plans
- Manage and track technical activities within Jira and Agile delivery frameworks
- Design and implement enterprise workflow orchestration solutions
- Build and support integrations across internal enterprise systems and platforms
- Partner closely with architects, developers, BAs, QA teams, and delivery leadership
- Support Azure cloud deployment, configuration, and environment management
- Drive CI/CD and infrastructure automation best practices
- Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions
- Contribute to overall platform scalability, stability, and operational excellence
Desired Skill-Set
- Strong backend engineering experience using Python
- Enterprise API integration experience
- Workflow orchestration or BPM platform experience
- Azure cloud engineering experience including App Services and storage solutions
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Infrastructure as Code experience preferred
- Experience supporting complex multi-system enterprise applications
- Strong Agile delivery and Jira management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Insurance or financial services domain experience
- Experience with document ingestion or workflow automation platforms
- Exposure to OCR, document parsing, or intelligent automation solutions
- Experience operating within regulated enterprise environments
