Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for an IT Helpdesk- Citrix /Bank who will be responsible for receiving and reviewing ServiceNow request tickets and actioning the item according to established procedures and SLAs. The successful candidate will be working in collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can demonstrate experience in interpreting information received from the first level of response when issues are escalated via Incidents and has strong knowledge of first and second-level support with the ability to multi-task and make sound judgments in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provisioning access based on the request details to deliver quality work
  • Following up with the appropriate parties to fulfil the request
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of various technologies. Investigate complex problems, make sense of information and provide recommendations for long-term solutions to increase client satisfaction.
  • Analyze maintain and recommends updates to written documentation on processes related to ServiceNow requests; respond to client’s email; escalate concerns that cannot be resolved to the next level of support as required by documented procedures/policies.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 4+ years of experience in a help desk or provisioning processing role
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing tool
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in Citrix/VPN environment
  • Experience with Data Privilege
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Expertise in MS Exchange
  • Experience Permissioning shared drives
  • Previous Banking experience
